Please allow a two-hour window for the pickup or delivery driver to arrive.

The amount paid herein prior to scheduling are only estimates the specific product and service on order. Any additional services needed to complete the job will be billed to your card on file at an additional $1.00 per minute per driver/helper (charged upwards to the nearest hour per 30 minute increments) and $3.00 per mile driven or any per extra miles required to drive.

Voucher or discount promos will ONLY include the service that appears on the voucher or promotional ad. They will be subject to additional fees and surcharges such as mileage, time, vehicle, or space.

STORAGE FEES

Storage fees are calculated per the maximum nearest volume and dimension amount of the selected vehicle that is performing the job, and will be billed to the card on file automatically every first of the month. In case the job is performed in the middle of the month, the billing period will be prorated. Volume (cubic foot) will be calculated as follows:

By scheduling a service, you agree and allow Renesent to additionally authorize up to $500 charge on your card for additional services required aside from estimate. For any changes to your schedule, such as dates, truck or storage sizes, extra miles, additional labor, or cancellation, Renesent must receive a 48-hour written notice with your name and order number to support@renesent.com, or else the total deposit paid online before booking will be forfeited. Any cancellation on the day of the actual service, full payment of the authorized amount ($500 per storage/truck/driver/helper used) will be forfeited.

Please note that Renesent service is a peer-to-peer storage, moving, and delivery service platform that connects background-checked drivers and helpers who use their vehicles and secured spaces to perform moving and delivery jobs. Renesent drivers are ONLY responsible for loading, driving, unloading, and placing your belongings. Renesent storage providers will be responsible for belongings once in their possession.

Renesent is NOT responsible for any professional packing, service, or delays and is not liable for any loss or damage. In case of any loss or damage, Renesent will mediate between the driver or storage provider and the customer to resolve issues to the best of our ability. Ultimately, the driver and storage provider will be responsible for compensation directly to customers. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company connects the Customer with verified Drivers using their vehicles and Service Providers with necessary insurance cover.
